Using our own 'task management system,' you have complete control over the action list. You can easily add new tasks or adjust priorities. This way, we avoid unnecessary meetings, cluttered email conversations, and save a lot of time.

With an active YUMB Unlimited account, you can add as many tasks to our action list as you'd like, and they will be handled one task at a time.

With our service, we aim to provide you with as comprehensive a service as possible, so you don't have to deal with various different providers. We primarily focus on design, web development, and marketing. This is not limited to just hands-on tasks; we are also available for creating strategy plans, perform analyses, or provide feedback. Therefore, we don’t limit the type of job you can submit; where necessary, we will discuss your needs. Our goal is an active and effective collaboration.

Most tasks are completed within two to three business days. This allows us enough time to ensure that what we deliver is of high quality. We keep you informed throughout the process and work with you to deliver it as quickly as possible. It's our experience that we usually deliver faster than expected.

When you submit a particularly complex or large task, such as building a new website, we will work with you to break it down into smaller tasks and/or milestones. This way, we can work more efficiënt, and you have a clear insight into the progress being made.

No worries! While you would typically get a limited number of 'revisions' with a design or development project, with YUMB Unlimited, revisions are unlimited as well. We will continue to revise the work until you are 100% satisfied. It's our experience that this approach generally yields the best results.

We aim to handle all revisions as quickly as possible, and in general, you can expect an update within 24 hours. We don't like to keep you waiting any longer than necessary.

We prioritize the quality of the work we deliver. While we make every effort to keep our turnaround times as fast as possible, we also need to ensure that we give ourselves enough time to produce the best work for you. Therefore, we do not offer an express option, but we are always open to discuss any special needs.

A month of YUMB Unlimited is based on 31 days. For example, if you've used it for 21 days and then decide to pause, you'll have a balance of 10 days in your account. You can use this at any time in the future. It's a shame to pay for time you're not using. We'd rather be creative than let those days expire :)

We use most of the Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for our design work. We build our web applications using Laravel, and for websites, we use Statamic as the CMS. When it comes to video editing and color correction, we rely on Davinci Resolve. Additionally, we have a wide range of other programs and even some in-house developed applications at our disposal. Feel free to inquire about the possibilities.

Not really. We have sufficient in-house knowledge and additional access to external resources that allow us to accomplish a wide range of tasks. Feel free to discuss any special needs so we can align accordingly.

No problem! Just pause when you're done, and feel free to come back when you have more creative tasks for us. It would be a shame to let the remaining part go unused.
